- I'm trying to look after the planet while also looking after my family and working part-time. To this end we have started to grow some veg and we recently started to keep chickens for eggs. The chickens have proved to be an endless source of amusement so far. We'll see how the veg turn out. We're also doing our bit with recycling and trying to avoid excessive waste, buying local and/or organic produce as well as fair trade goods when we can. The thing I haven't cracked yet is cutting back on car use, although I don't use it every day.

I really like the comment on your header about how we as committed citizens can change the world, Bokashi is a small and powerful step in the right direction.
